Always having to wait and wait and wait.

Every time I have gone to get my refills (every 30 days) they always say it will be ready in 1 hour. When I come back 3 hours later, it is still not ready. I have to physically sit and wait up to another hour. After 2 years of this I tranfered to a mom and pop pharmacy. They don't lie to me and they apreciate my business.
