While this company has very nice and friendly people, both in the field and in the office, they charge you $95 for a service call...and it's only for the first 30 minutes, and they never, never make you aware of this! For every 15 minutes after that it costs you $20! I've had them stand around and talk on the phone to the office, or another technician, or wait for my humidifier to drain...all...

We will never use this company again. Paid extra for a call on Sunday. This got us nothing other than a diagnosis as they didn t have the parts to fix it that day. Diagnosed it wrong. Charged us twice for labor even though they should have been doing all the work at one time if diagnosed correctly. No one with authority will talk with you--forced to deal with a dispatcher with no authority....
