I have lived here for three years, and overall, I loved it... until the property changed Management companies a couple of months ago. I absolutely loved the office staff when Waterton was managing the property, but now that the Tipton Group is managing, I have had numerous issues, including:

The Vue Fitzhugh is a great place and a great location. It is within walking distance of a bunch of great bars/restaurants. It is a short Uber ride to Uptown or Downtown and you can access Highway 75 very easily. There is one pool for the entire complex but it is decent sized and very nice. The staff there has always been extremely friendly and accommodating, overall I would highly recommend...

Overall, I loved living at the Vue Fitzhugh. The office staff was always helpful and accommodating. The maintenance staff was always fast to fulfill any requests and they even came at move-in to fix any complaints that were made when first entering the apartment (such as low water pressure, leaking door from the rain). The only complaints I have is that the key fob door is usually not locked...
