I would give them negative Stars if possible. Avoid this company at all costs. There installation was full of errors including mis-installing piping to the water tank, installing wrong vents, and leaving pipes exposed outside. Incompetent sums it up. Installed $30,000 system by reversing in and out lines. Called for service work and was stiffed through three calls. Pump went out right after warranty, charged $1,500 for a new one and installation was a botch job. Call someone else - I use Gildersleeves now - they say they make lots of money following behind VSC.

worst installers I have ever dealt with, put in a system that cost me $ 82,000 they refused to get it finished and up and running, would only cool to 83 degrees and heat to 65. Do not use them.
