Unacceptable

This Volcano shares the same name, same logo, and same menu as the Volcano in Great Neck Road, but, according to the wait staff there today, they are not connected and do not accept gift cards from the Great Neck Road branch. Horrible.

This place is hit or miss. And when they miss it is way off. Cold fried foods, rude service, rolls with mostly cucumber and questionable fish. Never again.

I don't ever eat in the restaurant. I'm a takeout customer--and I always get the same thing.... the Earthquake. Spicy rolls.... awesome!
