Visual Aspects provides excellent service along with their convenience and excellent customer service staff. I just want to point out that Donna help me picked up an excellent pair of Gucci frames. Very affordable. She was patient kind and truthful. I love Visual Aspect and I will never change my eye doctor and I recommend this to everyone who has eye issues. Keisha

I can't believe the two people before me had such bad things to say about this place. I never had a bad experience at Visual Aspects. Terrible store with terrible attitudes. Overpriced and overly obnoxious. There are a couple good workers in here, that's about it. Not much else to say, really.

The service is amazingly poor. When I took my daughter in for glasses there, we were utterly ignored while the employees carried on conversations with each other for a good 15 minutes. When the salesperson finally deigned to help us, she made it clear that she was rapidly losing patience with my daughter even though no one was waiting after us. We had to wait several days for the glasses. And...
