Don't like the fact that I have to leave messages just to make an appointment and very rarely get to speak to a live person. The haircut was ok, not what I'd expect for $45. I've tried different stylists Ariel and Aaron and still didnt get the cut that was like WOW. I havent gotten "Where do u get your haircut."
