The worst pair of glasses I have ever owned.
8 months later I am replacing them (same prescription) elsewhere.
They scratch very easily (despite extra $ coating) to the point where they look perpetually dirty; the frames are too big for my face.
Store (Edina, MN) "we can replace them at a sale price even though we don't have a sale now". Why would I want to pay for cr*p twice?
They should call...

1st time contacts

My son got new contacts and the staff was great! She was patient and made sure he knew exactly what to do and wouldn't let him leave with the contacts until she was positive that he could do it well himself! I have to make an appointment again as he seems to have developed dry eyes which make the contacts burn so....we'll see if the helpfulness continues.

didn't have a great experience, rushed exam, no one to help me pick out glasses after I was done. Everyone was busy.
