They are the worst!!! A bunch of liars!!! Paid for cardboard pickup and they sent over a regular trash truck to pick up cardboard. Beware, they are some of the most deceitful people out there.

Since VWS was purchased by County Waste they are awful. County Waste misses pickups and doesn't follow through when they promise you a courtesy pickup for their mistake. I fired them immediately. Avoid at all costs.

I had backyard service with this company. Time and time again my back gate would be left unlatched allowing my dogs to get out. Great customer service and friendly drivers. It was so nice to actually get a live person on the phone. I was able to get a trash can delivered to my business the very next day and have been very pleased with the service and overall customer attentiveness. Would highly recommend VWS.
