VERY poor customer service. These guys are the biggest vet surgery center in Richmond and they know it, so they can get away with charging an arm and a leg AND treating their customers like crap....
Dr. Barnes and the staff at VVSA were AMAZING. Everything was explained thoroughly, they answered all of my questions/concerns, and were so pleasant. I'm resting much easier tonight now that I know my girl will be okay. Highly, highly recommend this facility & the phenomenal staff!
I can't say enough about Dr. Barnes! Our baby, Madden had to have her kidney removed. The surgery and the care she received was the very best. She has recovered and we are forever thankful!
