Poor Customer

My mother, 78 years-old, had an initial appointment. The office did not send the big packet of information to her in advanced. She sat in the lobby for 2 hours completing paperwork and was not even seen by a specialist. The receptionist indicated @ 3p.m. that the office was closing and she had to leave. My mother's ride arrived to find her in the general lobby of the office suite. Unacceptable service for a senior citizen referred for neurology issues.

Building is clean and smells great. Staff is friendly. Hardly any wait. Wondering if I'm in a dream! Lol.Such pleasant people.
