No one calls you back, always put you to voice mail, Went in person had to wait to talk to person, never got back to me, called numerous times, always sent to voice mail, Doctors are great, therapist great, Support Staff Sucks, i want my records, do i have to call 10 on my side to get them

Both times I have been here at my scheduled time even being early for paperwork it has been an hour to an hour an a half wait. Unfortunately, they do no sort of phone call to notify patients the day of that there is an extensive wait/ back up. I could understand 15-30 but not that long. Dr. Campbell and Paul gave my daughter the green light to start riding her horse again after ACL and meniscus surgery in February. Also, thank you to Dr. Stewart for initially seeing us right after the injury. You all made one teenager very happy today allowing her to ride again. She promises to be careful!
