Very unhappy with the glasses department there. I have had to go back 5 times! 5 times and my glasses are still not correct. Dr. Cooper's office in St. Mary's before he was associated with VA Eye Institute was great. I was coming to their office for years and the staff had been superb from the front desk to the technician. I tried to scheduled an appointment today with VA Eye Institute Appt. Line and I got a run around transferred me to R. an (804) 484-3200 number and I hot an answering machine. This is not good...
