Help us make it rightMy washer was leaking, I needed help. The tech that came out quickly found the problem and scheduled an appointment to come back with the proper parts. When they arrived, I was advised that a new washer would cost the same as the repairs, and that there had been other issues with the model that I owned. I had to pay for the service call, but it helped me decide to buy new, when they could have said nothing and done the work and pocketed the money! I appreciated so much their integrity.
Came to repair my Samsung dryer, arrived earlier than expected, called me to make sure that was OK, fixed dryer on first try after I got burned on a $100 trip charge from another company who said it wouold be two weeks to fix and then just suggested I call VA Electronics. Should have called them first. A little pricey, but excellent service!
Bought a new high end washer and dryer from Lowes. The washer never worked out of the package. Lowes passed the buck to VA electronics. These idiots never even made a house call and alledgedly ordered parts but they never even looked at the washer, then the parts were wrong type, then they were lost. 4 months now and these retards still don't have a clue. They blamed Samsung.
Absolutely the worst customer service experience I ever had in my life. They took my money and after four tries over three months and $ 350 later they gave up trying to fix my unit. Save yourself some grief and call somebody else!

Repaired TV's others had tried and failed to FIX. Knows what to do to get results.Refreshing to see smiles and not have to listen to excuses for can't do!
