This company is all about money. This company cares nothing about the health and safety of me as tenant I am a active duty Army wounded warrior . As long as they can get my money they are happy. The property manager may seem nice but nice/nasty is what he is. I know from him visiting the home I rent from them and comments he made to me.

Don't be fooled by the charming veneer. Neal Rosenbaum is unethical. His demeanor changes rapidly from charming to cold and uncaring depending on your contribution to the money in his pocket. That's all he cares about- don't get caught up in the charm. I would never do business with this company due to his behavior.

Neal Rosenbaum is my favorite house salesman! He finds such quality homes at reasonable prices. If I ever move again, I'll go with this guy!
