My Father had bought me a new Toyota camry for my graduation from college. Stupid enough I ran it into the backend of a darn truck. Was talking on my cell and not paying attention, never again, therefore a big mistake.My insurance company had me get a few estimates which was a real pain until I went to Virginia Collision Center. Turned out I found out from my insurance company that they are a preferred shop! I just had my chevy malibu repaired after my third accident. I only wish that i had found virginia collision center to repair my chevy the first two times. This time my car actually was repaired properly , with no delays. The staff all were very friendly, and guided me through the entire process. Great work, and the refinish work was undetectable. I would highly recommend virginia collision center to anyone ! ! ! For a woman, with limited knowlege of the process, this has been very educational for me. Great experience ! ! !

This company va collision / clint/ will lead you to belive they are by the book professionals when in fact they will do or say what they have to for self advancement.this company has an account that is way past due with my company .they make excuse after excuse for non-payment to include tears from staff. It amazes me that for a company that is so broke how an owner can drive around in several new vehicles. Are my family and staff and there families not as important as his? hmm. Makes a person wonder. I'll continue to pray for him.

My car was hit in the rear driver door and quarter panel last spring. I brought it to the recommended Auto Repair Express Service center, Virginia Collision Center (VCC) in Richmond. It took almost four weeks to repair after being estimated only two weeks. After receiving it back my headlights, taillights, rear defrost, and all rear driver-side door functions didn't work. Additionally, there were tiny holes in all over the rear door interior panel and upholstery from a cutting torch (or welding?) and a rear seat belt was jammed. You would think VCC would have quality checked the car...
