This storage site is not very business friendly. I paid 6 months in advance and now have to move. They would not refund my last month even though I would no longer occupy the space. I didn't receive any special rate for pre-paying. You can gain a free month at the end of the 6 month period if you stay all 6 months. They would rather see the space sit empty for 2 months at my expense for a month rather than refund me for one month I don't need and try to rent it for 2 months to someone else.

Pros

+ it was close to home.

Cons

- small location, not much room to maneuver, rates high
