I was really upset that Dr James A Thompson had left the practice. He was the best doctor I have ever dealt with. I pray he is doing well. It would have been told way before that he had decided to retire, so some of his patients could ofsaid good bye. The ofoffice has always been very good to me for 21 years.

This practice needs some work. They need a patient portal so that we can leave messages for our doctors and vice versa. I have tried 6 times to get in touch with my doctor prior to a surgery and he never called me back. I had an appointment and they called me a few days before to reschedule it to a month later. When I called the morning of my appointment they said I had cancelled the...
