I would like to say that I agree with what the other person is saying. Just horrible customer service. I definitely would suggest going to Men's Wearhouse or a more knowledgeable company other than them, I will do my best to see to it that my friends and family are not caught up in their unethical practices.

i rented my tuxedo from the s wilmington st location. everyone was very helpful and took the time to help me pick out colors for my wedding. the best part of this company is definatley the local warehouse. which made my out of towners feel very comfortable renting incase the measurments were wrong. i would totally reccomend this company to anyone in nc.
