I love going to Vinegar Hill! It is small, intimidate, reminds me of going to the movies with my mother. Movies for a sophisticated audience: less noise and mayhem: more dialog. Perhaps a bit more attention to cleanliness and the staff could be a bit more upbeat, overall Vinegar Hill is one of Charlottesville¿s little treasures.
