I haven't lived at village place and never will. Just read in the longmont paper where they charged a man almost $900 because his mother, who was a tenant there, died, and did not give them their 30 day notice. They actually made him pay $865. Can you believe the balls on these people ? no decency whatsoever. I would never step foot on their property and will tell this story to anyone that will...
