Terrible customer service! The multiple times I've gotten food there they have messed up at least one part of the order. The last time I asked for a refund and was told I could have a refund onto a gift card. When I told them I would prefer my money back as I wouldn't be coming back I was told that wasn't going to happen. I could take or leave the gift card and that was it .

Generally, a fine local joint. Good food & service. We stopped for a turkey sub on Monday ~12:30 PM, which took 20 minutes for them to make while we waited... I'm guessing (hoping) that was just a bad day because it was such a departure from when we usually stop by (Thursday evening or Friday)...
