This place sucks, but let's be honest: it's also one of the cheapest places in town. I could almost deal with crappy construction, piss-poor maintenance, and less than delightful neighbors for the rent I was paying when I moved in. I'll set aside for the moment the fact that the rent has gone up $100/month in the past 2 years with no increase in services.
yes i moved into the village of woodshire in november and have had nothing but great things to say about the complex! The Management Staff is awesome and very bubbly and the maintenance really gets the job done. The price is definitely affordable and the apartments are outrageously huge!!!! Although i hear that this place has had a terrible reputation but so far i indeed beg to differ..........
These apartments are falling apart, new management cant do nothing but tear them down and built new ons. its not gonna happen however, in the mean time there gonna keep selling there lie by posting lies telling you that everything is all right. its buisness.
Do not live here. The staff is ignorant and incompetent, and the quality of the apartments is below average.
maintnace is not great but besides that i have had no problem recently had some finacial problems do to roommates and jamar the manager of the place helped in everyway he could to insure that i keep my apartment as of now still begind but the apartment is still in my name and i still live here without eviction notices on my door and other such nucincinces
