Help us make it right
....and that's no kidding. I have been a resident here for two years and it is run like a compound. I am 63 years of age and I live at 83 Juniper circle. I purchased my home in May 2006. All I hear 7 days a week 24/7 52 weeks a year is complaining about the way people are treated and the monthly fee that continues to rise.
As a group, this place needs assistance if things are to change. I, for one have chosen to put my home up for sale because there is no solution for the people. The owner will continue to raise monthly fees with no concern as to whether or not these elderly people can pay.
In the normal scheme of things, Direct Labor costs should always outweigh Indirect Labor costs. The owner however does not choose to strive for economic balance. He has chosen to use the Consumer Price Index for the city of Philadelphia as a gauge to increase the amount people pay for services. That being said, it is not practical to assume that the demand for goods and services for a community of 600 people have the same needs of a city the size of Philadelphia. Finding justification under this umbrella justifies increases in costs as being the same as running the city of Philadelphia. This is dead nuts wrong!
I would like to start a forum on this and ask for possible solutions.
Thanks.
