I purchased 6 pounds of the American Kobe NY strips and grilled them with charcoal. 3 out of 5 people ate theirs without steak sauce. That's how good they were! You need to give them an advanced notice, but the service was great. Very clean shop and the butcher is very informative and nice. I highly recommend Village Butcher.

These guys rock! All the beef is grass fed, the bacon's incredible and the chicken is all free range. All the meat is antibiotic and hormone free. My husband and I went to the Village Butcher for the first time today and we purchased 2 prime filets.These were absolutely the BEST steaks we have EVER had. We will no longer be buying steaks from anywhere else! This is our go to place!
