Portuguese, Lunch: Considered one of the area's best restaurants, Tony da Caneca's menu offers a wide-ranging combination of meat and seafood options. Favorites include veal medallions sautéed with artichoke and prosciutto in Madeira sauce or Alaskan king crab legs served either steamed or broiled. The dining area is nicely appointed and usually busy with content diners. Business casual.

Tony Da Caneca, located in the heart of the Ironbound, specializes in Portuguese cuisine and has been headed by the Vieira family for more than 40 years. Stop by for a taste of Portuguese fine dining, including steak, seafood and pasta, served with wine, beer or mixed drinks.
