I would like to thank you for the fast, friendly & great job that was performed on my 32" Samsung. I was told that the tech would be at my home between 2:00 - 2:30, & he was right on time. I showed him what was wrong with the TV & after looking at it, went to the truck & got the part to fix it. The whole repair took about 25min from the time he arrived till he left.
