I was going to go one day and I saw Jimmy screaming at some people about where his car is parked. He is the "RENTER" and was very rude. I'm sorry I agree if you have customers and they can't park in the front of your store you should not either. I saw him yell at people because he wants to take the parking spot in front of his store. I have been going to Victory Nails for 15 years. Jimmy and Lily, the owners, are very welcoming and they know what they are doing. Very professional. Great atmosphere. Their girls, Carole and Julie do excellent nail art. If you want a relaxed time to be pampered, come and visit this great salon!
