The maintenance people don't know how to fix anything, it will take them all day and the problem is still not fixed. Watch if you let the maintenance people in your apt when your not home stuff may go missing. The PSEG bill is a joke you will never get a bill cheaper then 250 a month for a one bedroom apt. Love my community and apartment but the AC isnt the best. the rooms are large, there's carpet, a small storage closet on the balcony.. great place to live. im giving it 3 stars only because its the middle of the summer and the central air sucks.

You can hear absolutely everything!! And I mean EVERYTHING!! And dont go to anyone go complain about any noise you will get a run around or nasty comments. My fiance and I lived there in 2000 and there was a fight in the parking lot everynight. The apartments are ok. Maintenance is QUICK to repair. Office staff, so so. Dependes on who you talk to. I agree with the other comments, neighbor slams door, and you spend the day picking up your pictures. If you live on the 1st floor, the noise from the people upstairs will make you want to leave. Service is horrible. They take forever to come out and make a repair and and when they make the repair, it is not done right and you have to call back again and again.
My bathroom floor tiles were all coming up and the central air, one of the main reasons we chose these apartments, continued to break down.
