I have lived in DC for just over three years and it took me this long to find a a great nail salon. Vicky's is not only as good as my regular haunts in NY and Chicago - but better. Spotless with incredible service. The "standard" pedicure includes hot stone massage and a wonderful oil treatment for dry heels. …
