I've never written a yelp review before, but I used yelp to choose Veteran's cab so I thought I should add my experience. The first time I used them everything was great, the driver was on time...
Just waited an hour and twenty minutes for a cab when the dispatcher told me that they would be there in thirty. Not the first time it's happened.
I chose to use this Company on my way home from the airport last Sunday so I can compare it with the cab company that took me to the airport which was Taxi Richmond LLC which I thought was a good service Veterans cab exceeded my expectations I chose them because my grandfather father brother and all of my cousins are veterans and veterans Was started by veterans
The young lady that answered the phone when I called was very friendly, professional and courteous. She told me to expect the cab in 20 minutes but in less than 10 minutes it was in front of my house. My driver, Lisa, was just wonderful! I couldn't have had a better experience! Thank you ladies!! I will be a return customer for sure!
I took this company home on new year's on was really impressed with the service. I called them again tonight and the service was just as awesome. definitely use this company if you need a ride. They are great!
