I ordered flowers for my daughter's 30th birthday from Verville Florist and was in total shock when I saw the picture of the arrangement they had sent her. First, it was not the arrangement I had ordered, and secondly the arrangement they sent had many wilted flowers in the arrangement. When I called the florist to voice my concerns that they had not sent what I had ordered and told the gentleman (Jim) that the picture I had seen of the arrangement looks liked someone had just shoved some flowers in a vase and I was very dissatisfied with the product he said that the florist was closed and they would get back with me in the morning. Next morning comes around and I get a call from my daughter stating that the florist had called her at work and was very rude with her and even told her how much I had paid for the arrangement, and told her what did she expect something for nothing. They told her they would come over and pick-up the arrangement if she was unsatisfied with the arrangement. She told them that she wasn't the one that complained that it was her mother who was upset because they didn't send what she had ordered. I called the florist and told them that I had just gotten a call from my daughter and tried to explain that my daughter was not the one with the complaint it was me and they had no business calling my daughter and discussing the transaction with her. Again (Susan) and then another man claiming to be one of the floral arranger started getting rude with me. I had told them the pictures I had seen did not look anything like what I had ordered and the flowers in the arrangement where wilted and/or turning brown on the top. They tried to tell me they didn't have the flowers in stock to make up the arrangement I had ordered and they had actually upgraded the order. And the flowers had been hand picked fresh by him that morning from a florist in Boston. Again very rude and then he hung up on me. I've never been treated so rude by a business before. Would never do business with this florist or recommend this florist to anyone.

VERY BAD SERVICE. Had a very bad experience at this florist. I would not recommend anyone buy flowers here. I wish I had read the other reviews on this place first. :(

All different arrangements of beautiful flowers and they have something for everyone. The Stuff is very helpful and very friendly.
I've been going to this florist for 20 plus years and they are great. I've never had a problem with them and if anything has ever gone wrong they have went out of their way to make it right.
