Look up Rudy, tell him Coach Hood sent you. He got things straight for me that no one else could in the past five years. Rudy goes way out of his way to make you happy, otherwise I would still be on an account andnot on contract. I've been with Verizon since 1996, 18 years, same number. Check out Rudy.
