The contracts and how they work are not optimal but the phones are good and the "in plan" is an excellent way to stay in touch with family all over the country!

they are great. i get service at school in the mountians and never drop a call. the plans they have are also great

I have been with verizon wirless for years. Love them! Never had a problem. Always has service no matter where I was!

I have been with verizon forver, I would never change. Their coverage in awesome even in the most remote areas. The store's customer service is going down a bit but you can get almost everything done online.
