Total waste of time - went in with a battery problem and have total phone insurance. Told me they could do nothing and deferred me to apple and/or googling Internet forums. Just avoid.

Horrible! Horrible Horrible !!!!!!!! Service they will keep charging you even though you payed them already. And their service stinks for the price they want stay the F!&@ away unless you want to...
