I went to this store yesterday. They did a great job. Every employee was helpful and knowledgeable. The saleswoman helped me get an upgrade from my old phone which I broke, and the new phone is much better but it cost the same as my old one would have. Not to mention its a pretty cute phone and the lady helped me pick it out and was very informed. Also I've been to other verizon stores around Richmond and they were fine, but this store has a fairly small lobby and small staff so its easy to get help. Push product, inconsiderate, take advantage of uninformed buyers--poor customer service experience
The staff was well informed about the newest technology and gave me great advice about which phone would best suit my needs. They were right, I love my new phone.
Their English is perfect. It might be hard to understand for someone who lives in a bubble but if you're semi-intelligent you'd know the difference between an accent and speaking ""little to no English.""
They were very helpful when my rebate was not correctly processed by the Verizon people (at corporate, not within the store.) They called and within a few weeks everything was right.
I'll definitely go back.
