Be careful when using a credit card in this store. We bought a phone here using a credit card. Within an hour, we got alerted that someone is trying to use the card to buy airline tickets to Dominican Republic. Beware and stay away!!!

Extremely Professional& a Pleasent Experience

Purchasing phones from the allpage wireless store in new brunswick was a great experience for myself and my family. My entire family and the majority of my friends purchase their verizon products from here and always have great experiences. The owner and workers and extremely professional and sufficent in assisting customers with purchasing phones or solving problems with bills, etc. However ignorant people may have bad experiences in the store but that is their own fault because they do not respect the store or owner(see other review). This is one of the best verizon stores in the area, trust me i have delt with numerous verizon retail stores in the area. If you are in the are i would STRONGLY reccomend visting the new brunswick allpage wireless for any and every verizon wireless need.

Terrible owner and terrible service

The owner and main salesman is extremely rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. He used profanity during a transaction and lied about Verizon's corporate policies. At one point, he asked another customer if there was "something wrong with his head" or if he had "a mental problem". Every Authorized Retailer under the AllPage Verizon Wireless name (locations in Basking Ridge, Middletown, Highland Park, and New Brunswick) is owned by the same man-- stay away!

It isn't an official Verizon store, so it won't appear on any searches. I don't know if that makes a difference if you buy a phone from them. I just went in to buy a screen protector. The guy...
