I have never been to the Glen Allen store that you asked me about so I am judging it from what I read in the customer comments. I don't know why you are asking asking me about that store. I would never go there due to other customer's experiences.

If I had a different company to go to I would. Service it not good in my area.but it was. I have a tower less then 2 miles away. And now my phones WiFi is just adding up g as if I was watching movie's 24/7.which I don't at all. I have been with them for over 20 years. But just can't afford these chargers that aren't even mine. what to do.frown emoticon

After yesterday, being told to come up to the store and they could resolve my problem and getting there and being told even though my phone was still under warranty that l would have to pay to get it fixed. Very disappointed! Ready to cancel Verizon again and find another provider. It's sad they think people don't understand the business side. I am in retail myself so l know.
