horrible customer service. even the manager is rude. i am not a hard person to please at all but i was devastated when i walked out at the lack of attention and knowledge those customer service individuals provided me with.

Although, I have had Alltel as my service provider for many years now- this branch is a drag to visit! It is slow, not near enough customer service agents and they need to correct that.
