In the past few weeks I've been to Verizon stores in DC, Chicago and now Bethesda. The previous experiences (especially the L St. DC location!!) were less than desirable. Yesterday, I went to the Verizon in Bethesda and Eugene helped me. The wait was long (that's the only reason for 4 stars instead of 5,) but Eugene was great! Make sure to ask for him.
