Horrible! Leaving as soon as my contract is up! Been a loyal customer for 15 years too long! Every Store I go to for help is a NIGHTMARE! Shouldn't have as many problems as I do with their products, for the $$$ I pay and lack of help I get in return. Many other places to go then here! Do not recommend Verizon anything!!!!
Poor customer service. Worse thing is to watch folks standing around doing nothing while you wait. Then it get better you get an attitude from sales person wanting to take shortcuts.
