The Velocity experience is available seven days a week spread through the morning and evening hours. Each cycling class contains mixed elements of climbing to build endurance, interval training to maintain more elevated heart rates, and buckets of positive reinforcement from state-of-the-art instructors who truly care about the needs of customers.

Took my first class yesterday! Alex Hall was very good and encouraging! My goal yesterday was to finish the class, which I did. It also showed me what goals I need to reach to be competent at spinning. Some sore legs today but ready to come back!
