I must say that in the past I have wondered about the changes in employees , seems everytime I went in with my fiance's pets there was a new person /persons working there,and not always nice or smiling .I recently took my pet in on a Thursday, I had my days mixed up on the discount vaccine day. The receptionist was beyond helpful, and very kind, and informed me that it was Tuesdays that the clinic held those specials. I've been using this office for several years for my two cats and so far these folks have taken good care of them. Their prices seem reasonable as compared with other vets. When they were part of Healthy Pet, I had some problems with the office staff and felt that, from this perspective, customer service was extremely poor.

I initially went to this office as my vet in NoVA moved to Richmond. When we moved to Richmond at a later date, we found she worked at West End Vet. She left shortly thereafter for undisclosed reasons. She was, however, a great vet and very friendly. My cat was not thoroughly examined and I was not given at-home treatment options to help her heal. They took over $100 the first time and wanted more than $100 for "follow up" that should have been done the first time. The assistant also contradicted herself on the phone numerous times when I called to complain about the lack of service.
