We were so happy to return to this practice to deal with our kitty. He was extremely well cared for and is doing very well post operation. Our vet was exceptionally empathetic.

The process of setting up the surgery, completing the surgery, and discharging was very simple. My dog is doing very well and we're very happy with his recovery. My only critique is that though the estimate and final bill were both detailed, it was difficult to trace the estimate to the final charges. It was within the estimated range, but I would appreciate understanding what changes were...

Dr T. is great with our cats. Thoughtful. Thorough. Knowledgeable. Personable.

Front staff are generally on top of their game. During late afternoon pick up however, seemed there was lots of confusion between counter staff during check out...who was to take the lead with the check out...who was getting the cat... Nothing serious, but...
