i havent returned to thier midlo store in over a year, i tell everyone i can not to go there, there customer service is awful, as soon as you walk in they look at you with a disgusted expression on there face as if you are bothering them, they generally spend more time talk to thier various friends in the shop than helping customers, im sure there business has suffered since so many...

Customer service is poor. Went in today to get ejuice. Asked to try a few samples. Guy got a attitude with me cause I tried five different flavors. He said "You have exceeded the testing limit of 3, its too time consuming." Would have made sense if they were busy but I WAS THE ONLY PERSON THERE!!!!! I personally think that the Midlothian location deals with the customer very professionally!Tasha is very helpful and gives honest advice from the heart.They have very good prices and do custom eliquid mixtures,specifically to the customers wants.So as far as that one negative review,I have to ask myself if she isn't a people person;cause I found the staff very helpful and sincere!

I visited this vape shop and was kind of leary because of the reviews. I must say I am glad I made the decision to go myself. I am very pleased with the level of service I received and the knowledge of the staff. They definitely have a new customer in me. Don't believe everything you read, very pleasant experience!
