Came to the location on Okeechobee and Jog location in west palm at 10:10 am store wasn't opened (sign on the door says "opens at 10am) waited 10 minutes and left. Came back at 12:00pm, sign on the door "back in 5 minutes" been standing here for 15.... Guess this place is more of a hipster hangout then a place of Business. Ever coming back

Been through 7 of there dna 200 models quality control is a mess. Everyone that I've had the board went or it was case related. Guess that's what happens when you have evolv make a daughter board for zip charging and the bottom screen. Will not buy another vaporshark product again. If you want a mod that looks decent for more than 2 months then simply get something else. I ordered from the online store and the website said it would ship out within 30 days. After 30 days I called to check on my order and they told me it would still be another 1-2 weeks, when I asked if they could expedite shipping once they shipped it out I was told "well, you chose the free 2-6 day shipping"....yes, but I also expected my order to ship within 30 days. Horrible customer service...

Just left the vapor shark store in key west where I bought my Dna 30 last year. Had the power button replaced for a very reasonable cost and they replaced the battery as well since it was showing some signs of failure. Customer service was out of this world!!! The two guys that helped me were fantastic!!! Thanks a lot!!! Happy new year!! I'm a customer for life!
