The warranty is terrible, the sales person will tell you it covers certain incidents. When you make a claim with Uniters, they do not cover the damage, citing the warranty exclusion. I have made 3 different claims and they did not cover any of them. I will not buy a warranty from them again and most likely not from Value City again.

I bought my couch in February and it's already falling apart. Insurance is a scam. I am about to sue if I can't get my money back.

Biggest waste of time! Doesn't even deserve a star. Our delivery got messed up twice for no reason! Great sofa but the customer service sucks! They let themselves in our apartment and threw a note on the door. And then cancelled our next delivery for no reason! What a headache. I actually returned my order and I'm going somewhere else.

We ordered a warranty replacement (that we paid) back in January. Since then they have lost our claim twice. It's taking 7 phone calls to even get the claim filed. A manager finally agreed to deliver our couch today (2months later) and the delivery drive called us at 11:45am saying he would be here in 45 mins. After waiting and nobody showing up, we once again phoned them and the lady claims...

Horrible customer service bought all the warranties for the frame and fabric went all out its like pulling teeth to get something replaced the manage I think his name is mark short Mexican looking guy was rude and didn't have a care in the world when I told him I needed my cushions replaced and had a pregnant wife at home and when we finally did get a service done I had to bring them my love...
