When my husband and I went in to buy our new bed, we got great customer service. The lady that helped us was very nice and accommodating. We bought a sectional from this location back in february-march of this year. Part of the sectional broke back in july (we havent even had the couch a year). We actually went up to this location (considering we live right down the street) & reported the issue. We were told that someone would come out & look at the couch; someone did come out & look at it & said it was broke & would be replaced...

So my wife and I bought our brand new couch at the beginning of July, after waiting 2 weeks and being back ordered for another 2 weeks we finally got it in yesterday. I just unload a defective dresser. The wood base inserted at the bottom of the box was already damaged, and box was not secure before it was put on our truck. The item should have been inspected prior to pickup. The customer service rep wanted us to return that big box. I told her no. I want a replacement delivered... I have to wait an additional week and take more time off of work. My daughter...
