Okay I have recently moved out of these to say the least C@!%!Y apartments! I am a Navy wife and I would not reccomend these apartments to my worst enemies! At the begining everything was fine but then it turned extremely C@!%!Y after a few months of living there... the washing machines rarely work, they just fill up with water, don't spin and don't drain.. that's $1.50 of your money down the drain, or should I say sitting in water...and you're only left with clothes you have to dry by hand by straining the water out! Then there is their staff; don't bother calling them if you have a problem because they will NOT return your call! In the summer months the upstairs neighbors a/c was clogged and leaking into my aptmartment floor.. it took me a month to get someone on the phone and someone out there to fix the problem! Then the next problem was the upstairs neighbors were taking a shower and I got a nice waterfall out of my ceiling vent of their shower water! I still do not know if they fixed it because I moved out into a new apt shortly after. The neighborhood it's self is c@!%!y and SCARY!!! almost every other day the cops were called out there, and once a month they surround someone's apartment like a SWAT team! The Parking sucks because people that do not live there take up all the space's! and the 600sq ft apt is just C@!P you can't even breathe in those apartments! They have no ceiling light fixtures except for in the kitchen and bathroom... over all just do not live here! Now if you had read this far I will let you in on my recent fight with these stupid apartments. For the past 4 MONTHS I have paid my rent ontime ,always on the first (because if you go past the 1st you are considered late and get charged a fee, And for the past 4 months I have recieve failure to pay rent papers or commonly known as a letter of Defult. Well I moved out and was thankful that I didn't have to deal with that anymore until I opened my mailbox this afternoon. I have court hearing papers for the month of December saying that I did not pay my rent. I tried calling no answer and reluctantly I left a nasty message even though I know it will not be heard. So please take my WARNINGS!! Do NOT live here.. they may be "cheap" but it's exactly what you pay for!
