While the apartments are nice, it's the people that make the difference to me. My problems (small maintenance issues, missing package) have always been addressed quickly and professionally. There is parking, but not always close to the door. I can hear my upstairs neighbor occasionally but not to the extent that it bothers me. It is an apartment, you really close to people and it's quieter than my last one. I like that I don't have a "shared wall" neighbor behind me and that my apartment has windows on both sides.
